– Ocassionally SL can eat pieces as it opens boxes. For that reason everything we make is copy, which means you can re-rez the box & unpack it again. If that doesn’t work, contact Tash Galthie by Notecard Only. Be sure to include transaction history!
☢ Need a Redelivery?
– Purchases made in the store, can be redelivered yourself. Click the Re-Delivery Terminal sign inside main entrance of the store. Purchases made on Marketplace, copy & paste the transaction history to a notecard and send to Tash Galthie.
☢ Checking Store Credit?
– Located with the Re-Delivery terminals inside main entrance of the store, you will find a Store Credit terminal – Click It!
☢ Group Join Fee = L$250. If you leave & the fee is in place, you will need to pay to rejoin.

How do I find my Transaction history?
To find your transaction ID, log into www.secondlife.com, then click the “Transaction History” link under the “Account” dropdown menu to the left side of the screen. Here you can view all purchases made in the past 30 days. Your transaction ID will look something like this:

Simply copy and paste this into a notecard stating your issue and send it to Tash Galthie.

How do I join the group?
Simply find the group join board located in the store and click on the link shown in local chat. Or search Tash Galthie, Alliana Petunia or Cami Fairlady in people inworld and click on the [FIEND] V.I.P Program in our profile’s and hit the join button.
The group is pay to join witha fee of 250L which if you leave you will need to pay to join again! Is it worth it we keep getting asked….. welllllll look at what it gets you and you decide 😉
